College magazine puts Prime Minister Narendra Modi in list of most cruel people...!!!

Government Polytechnic College, Kunnamkulam, Trissur, Kerala published a college magazine titled 'Litsokniga' carried Modi's photograph along with Nazi party leader Adolf Hitler, former Al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden, terrorist Ajmal Kasab, LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran, former US president George Bush, sandalwood smuggler Veerappan and others in a category 'negative faces'. The 50-page magazine is an extended 'Facebook Wall' and 'negative faces' is one of the pages where 'dreadful personalities' are featured.
The magazine was brought out by the college union and editorial board controlled by the Students Federation of India (SFI), the student wing of CPI (M). Marxists are trying to spread their failed ideology, intolerance, unrefined, invalid thoughts through the college magazines. They are the anti-national, immoral, uncommonness, accursed elements in Indian society. SFI leader of the College Magazine Editor now also supporting this ugly narration in magazine against the Prime Minister. So they did not deserve any mercy.
Yuvamorcha (BJYM) complained against these anti-national activity held in a Government education centre. Police take cases (June 10, 2014) for placing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a list of the world's most 'negative faces' in college magazine against M N Krishnankutty, principal and chief editor; Gopi, staff editor; Praveen C S, student editor; Nikhil P R, sub-editor; Jisman James, sub-editor; Shyam K M, sub-editor, and proprietor of Presto Designers, where the magazine was typeset. None of them has been arrested. The case was registered under IPC Sections 120 (concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment), 153 (indulge in wanton vilification or attacks), 500 (defamation), 501 (printing or engraving matter known to be defamatory) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of the Indian penal code. These are bailable offences. The Kerala Govt. & police are trying to save the social evils including the College Principle & Staff who are involved in this ugly act.
BJP state president V Muraleedharan urged the state government to take appropriate action against the wrong-doers and the party activists took out a protest march and burnt the magazine in Thrissur.
The accused principal was retired before the magazine row broke. The college has authorities have decided to withdraw the magazine and take action against the students.
Immediately arrest all the culprits involved in this anti-national activity and give them maximum punishment without any mercy. Suspend the College Principal and Staff Editor from the college and remove all their Governmental facilities like pension.

They also appointed anti-Hindu persons (Congress, Communists, X-ian, Muslims etc.) in various Govt. organizations like Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti (New Delh), Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Lalit Kala Academy, National School of Drama, Sahitya Akademi (SA), Sangeet Natak Akademi (SNA),  Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies (MAKAIAS), Kolkata, Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), National Museum Institute of History of Art, Conservation and Museology (NMIHACM),  National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), Prasar Bharati (All India Radio (AIR), Doordarshan), Press Council of India, Central Board of Film Certification, Film Certification Appellate Tribunal, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Planning Commission, Election Commission of India, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), Central Information Commission, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC), National Commission for Minorities (NCM), National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC), National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST), National Commission for Women (NCW), Intelligence Bureau (IB), Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC), All-India Radio Monitoring Service (AIRMS) etc. Anti-Hindu/National forces were work against the majority community in India with the help of Congress party & Govt. aid. So ask them to resign from their position or dismiss them.

This is the historical time to avoid all the anti-national, foreign minded, selfish, greedy persons from the key positions and appoint the Hindutva ideological nationalists in their seats for the new era of Hindutva. Rewrite the Indian history and drop the Nehruvian socialist culture, economy & history from Indian mind. Redefine the Indian life, rule and culture with Hindutva ideology. Don’t given the post of opposition leader in Loksabha (Cabinet Minister status) to Sonia Congress, because they did not given any constitutional posts to BJP on UPA rule time. Destroy the Article 370, Article 30 (Right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions) and apply Common Civil Code as early as possible. Also the construction of Sree Ram Janmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya will be the strong message to the world about Hindu wake-up. If Bharat becomes strong in its mind and action, world will respect us and also follow us.

Remove all anti-Hindu / Sonia Congress / Communist followers from all Governmental posts (temporary).... No appeasement, No partiality, equal law & welfare to everybody…. Cancel Article 370, Article 30 and apply Common Civil Code….. throw away the obstacles and built Ram Janmabhumi Temple at Bhagwan Sree Ram’s Janmastan in Ayodhya.

Probe about Aranmula International Airport project

The National Green Tribunal has cancelled the environmental clearance given to the proposed International Airport at Aranmula on 28 May 2014.  The tribunal has observed that the KGS group had secured the sanction by producing false information and the project will ruin the ecosystem in Aranmula. KGS Group said that they are already spent Rs. 420 crore for this project. As per Abraham Kalamannil’s (the old land owner) statement he sell the land only for Rs. 52 crore. Till date there is nothing will happen. KGS co. will say the real expenses of the said amount. They get all the sanctions from various local, Punchayat, District, State, Central Departments through illegal ways. Enquire about the kickbacks given to the Govt. officials, State-Central political leaders, rulers etc. Helpers of the all persons included this project will find out and arrest them and also given maximum punishment.

The old land owner Abraham Kalamannil says that Robert Vadra behind KGS group. Rs.2,000-crore KGS Aranmula international airport project in Kerala suffered a huge setback.  The airport complex, said to be the first private international airport in the country, is based in Aranmula in Pathanamthitta district in an area of 700 acres.

Environmental issues concerning the controversial airport project at Aranmula can never be resolved through dialogues, Aranmula Heritage Village Action Council chief patron Kummanam Rajashekharan (Kerala State Organizing Secretary at VHP), has said. His case against KGS was now succeeded.  Kummanam Rajasekharan has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy The state government should take up the moral responsibility for its role in supporting the KGS Group-backed project.  The UDF Government had vested interests in the project by taking up 10 per cent share capital and gave clearances for the project in violation of Land Reforms Act and Paddy field and Watersheds Protection Act of 2008. Chandy owes an answer to the people of Aranmula and the state for the government’s role in promoting the project, he said.

As a legal matter, Modi is as ineligible for a US visa today as he was nine years ago. But Modi is no longer a state-level leader, and the visa is no longer merely a moral or legal matter. The moment Modi became a serious candidate for national leadership, the visa became political.

In 2005, the US denied Narendra Modi a diplomatic visa and revoked his existing tourist/business visa under the Immigration and Nationality Act.  Because of the "very serious" doubts that remain over his role in the "horrific" 2002 riots in Gujarat. Now, Modi becomes the Prime Minister of India and the America’s favorites Congress party leaded by Sonia Gandhi & Manmohan Singh were very badly defeated in election.  Now, America will tries to appease NDA Government. After the remarkable victory of BJP, U.S. President Barack Obama congratulated Narendra Modi on his election victory on Friday and invited him to the White House, even though he was barred from the country less than 10 years ago over massacres of Muslims.

US Secretary of State John Kerry called his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj and offered enhancing trade and economic ties to $500 billion. The World police America wants to buy the NDA Government for their selfishness. US’s CIA was very active in India. They are the strong supporter of the Sonia Congress. In what is probably the most significant foreign policy decision taken since he became Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has confirmed to US President Barack Obama that he will have a bilateral meeting with him in Washington in the last week of September this year. Modi's decision underlines the significance of the US in India's strategic matrix. There was speculation that Modi could focus more on China and South Korea for economic gains and on an improved security partnership with Japan but these are not likely to come at the expense of Washington.

Sonia Congress will create bogus cases against Hindu leaders on the name of “Saffron Terror” and arrested so many leading personalities like Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Spiritual leader Swami Aseemanand etc. Under pressure of Congress party the various investigation teams like Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), CBI, NIA are tries to torture the culprits to given statements against RSS’s national leaders. They want to include the top level Hindu leaders’ names in the terrorist activities and jailed them. Since 2008, the Hindu leaders were in jail without give them bail & humanistic consideration. It is very important to re-investigate the cases of 2006 & 2008 Malegaon bomb blast, the Ajmer dargah blast, the Mecca Masjid bomb blast and the Samjhauta train blast etc Find out which political leaders are ordered to the investigation team to include the innocent Hindu leaders in this terrorist activities for political mileage and harassment. Also find out the names of the police officers from various investigation departments to try to make bogus case against the Hindu leaders and jailed them from 2008 to till date without given bail. Arrest the all original criminals included in these cases, and also take lawful actions against the political leaders & police officers who are participating in make bogus/dangerous/illegal/inhuman cases, propagandas against Hindutva organizations & leaders.

2008 September 29 bomb blasts in Malegaon Investigators initially suspected Islamist groups such as SIMI or the Indian Mujahideen to be behind the near-simultaneous attacks. The ATS, which initially probed the case, had arrested 13 youths allegedly belonging to the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). Six people were killed and 101 were injured in the September 29, 2008, Malegaon bomb blast. From the top level political orders, police will convert the cases against Hindu society. Twelve members of the rightwing outfits, Jai Vande Mataram and Abhinav Bharat, were arrested. All the accused, including a serving Indian Army lieutenant colonel, Prasad Shrikant Purohit, face action under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA).

The 38-year-old Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur has been charged with various provisions under the Indian Penal Code, Arms Act, Explosive Substances Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the MCOCA. At present, she is lodged in a Bhopal jail.

 The Samjhauta Express bomb blast, in which 68 persons were killed, is being investigated by the NIA. Spiritual leader, Swami Aseemanand, is an accused in the Samjhauta case. Aseemanand, arrested in October 2010, had confessed that the conspiracies of the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast, the Ajmer dargah blast, the Mecca Masjid bomb blast and the Samjhauta train blast, were hatched by the saffron groups. 

Mid October on the Malegaon blasts, naming Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Indresh Kumar. The irony, of course, is that three weeks later, the ATS arrested not just Thakur and Kumar, but also Purohit himself as the prime suspects in the case.

Directing the Army to reconvene the probe against Malegaon blast accused Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit, the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT).

He inspired hope for change among Indians and emerged as a crusader who would wipe corruption from Indian politics, but his resigning from the post of Delhi’s chief minister within49 days of taking charge, his defeat in Varanasi where he aspired to outdo Modia wave, and his initial denial and then furnishing a bail bond after he was arrested in Tihar Jail in a defamation suit filed against him by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician Nitin Gadkari who is now a cabinet minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government are only telling a story of self defeat.
Arvind Kejriwa who entered politics with big noise after his historic electoral debut in legislative election in 2013, is gradually becoming a prisoner of his own politics. Now, everybody knows that he is the puppet of Congress and American CIA- He initiated Anna Hazare’s anti-corruption movement against ruling Congress party and, aspired to destroy Bharatiya Janata Party. But he failed in his attempts very sadly and badly.
By getting himself arrested on Wednesday and not agreeing to furnish the bail bond as demanded by the Delhi High Court, he is resorting to the same tactics that once made the Indians believe in his integrity. But this time, the janata will not fall prey to his tactics and will think twice before believing him. The court asked him to behave like an aam aadmi, but since he was not ready to furnish the bond, realizing his hidden intention behind the attack, he was sent to stay in jail till June 6. 
During the hearing, Kejriwal told the court he was trying to understand what his fault was as lots of politicians have filed such cases against him. “In such cases, I have been released after I gave undertaking in courts earlier,” he said. The magistrate, however, said Kejriwal was told to give a bond only and it was a legal procedure to furnish bonds for bail.
“You (Kejriwal) have been summoned as an accused. You are not a convict. You will face trial…you cannot say that I am innocent and I will not give bond. This is a procedure,” the magistrate said. The magistrate, in her order, had observed the procedure of courts cannot be “thrown to the winds” at the whims and fancies of the litigants. “The court cannot act as a mute spectator when a particular litigant intentionally seeks to violate the procedure established by law. This case cannot be dealt with any differently than any other criminal cases where the courts insist on furnishing bail bond/personal bond to secure the presence of the accused persons. The accused in the present case cannot seek differential treatment to be let off only on an oral undertaking in violation/divergence to the settled practice/procedure regarding bail,” the court had said. The court had on February 28 summoned Kejriwal as an accused in the criminal defamation complaint observing that statements allegedly made by the AAP leader have the effect of “harming the reputation” of the complainant.
With his arrest, Kejriwal who was seen as harbinger of hope has lost his appeal and does not seem convincing any more. 
He was confident of defeating Narendra Modi in Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency in general election, but as destiny would have it, Modi today has become the Prime Minister of India, and Kejriwal is reduced to becoming a prisoner of his own politics….!!!! What a tragedy….!!!
