Government will take strong action against Naxalists (Maoists)

Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary, Minister of State for Home told the Rajya Sabha in a written reply that, “The Naxal groups are known as the biggest terror threat in India. Naxal terrorists have killed 5,024 innocent civilians in the last 10 years where major of the casualties are from rural India.

Though an exact quantification is not possible, a study conducted by the Institute of Defence Studies and Analysis, Delhi has assessed that the CPI (Maoist) party has been collecting not less than Rs 140 crore annually from a variety of sources. As per the reports, Naxals are extorting a whooping money amount of about Rs 140 crore per year from various sources.

The Left Wing Extremists groups are reported to extort ‘levy’ from industrialists, businessmen, contractors particularly Tendu patta contractors, transporters, government servants and various illegal mining mafia groups in the LWE affected states.

These atrocities include killings of innocent civilians, extortion, sexual exploitation of women and forced recruitment of children.

In order to instill a sense of fear in their areas of dominance, the Maoists also kill civilians after branding them as police informers. Out of 5,024 civilians killed by the Maoists since 2004-2014 (upto November 30, 2014), the overwhelming majority are tribals. The Maoists have in reality killed thousands of innocent Adivasis, whose cause they profess to espouse.

Sexual exploitation of tribal women cadres in the Maoist camps have been disclosed in statements of several surrendered women CPI (Maoist) cadres of Orissa, Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand and other states. Such instances of sexual exploitation include rape, forced marriage and molestation by senior male CPI (Maoist) cadres.

In Chhattisgarh, some surrendered tribal CPI (Maoist) male cadres have disclosed that they were forced by the senior leadership to undergo vasectomy operations as a pre-condition for marriage with women cadres.

There are allegations that women cadres of CPI (Maoist), who become pregnant, are forced to undergo abortion against their will. The surrendered women cadres have also disclosed that even if they are married to male cadres, they are not allowed to have children since the senior leadership of the CPI (Maoist) feel that it impairs their fighting capability and mobility.”

The above statement shows the inefficiency of the great Indian Government! We are every time saying that our nation is a sovereign country. We are also proud that our military is the biggest in the world. . With strength of over 1.3 million active personnel,  it is world's 3^rd largest military force and the largest standing volunteer army in the world. It consists of four professional uniformed services: the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force and Indian Coast Guard. It is shameful to us saying that the naxalists in India are performing a parallel Government and challenge to the sovereign of India. After independence under the rule of the Congress Governments they are waste the fund announced for the welfare of backward communities in tribe areas and slums. So now also the living standard of the tribals and SC/ST/OBC sections are very low. Naxalist are exploiting this situation. If Modi Government will try to utilize the central funds for Naxal affected areas and given the all facilities to tribals, it will change the present situation. At first try to attract the hearts of poor villagers in tribal areas and give full support, courage, jobs, Govt. aids, food, shelter, land, clothes etc. Then gradually the tribals were oppose the naxalists and support the Indian Government. The important this is to succeed on tribal’s hearths.

The same time take strong action against the armed naxalists and demolish their strong holds with the strength of our armed forces. Don’t allow them to threaten the local Governments, tribals, industrialists, businessmen, contractors, transporters, government servants etc. Stop the sources of their wealth. Don’t allow them to collect levies from various persons. Cut-off their sources of the arm dealings.

We are the biggest player in the field of satellite arena. Use the satellites to discover the hidden places of the armed Naxalists in the forest areas. Find out the accurate places of the Naxal groups and take immediate action against them. Use our para military forces to destroy the armed Naxalists from the Indian soil. Presently so many state governments are silently given the tribal areas to naxalists for their own rule. It shameful to the people selected governments. Don’t allow a country two separate ruling segments. As per central Government’s statement very clearly accept that in India naxalists are ruling as a parallel government. They are taking taxes from the people. The unofficial reports are saying that Maoists are yearly collecting Rs. 2000 crores.

The Chhattisgarh director general of police Vishwa Ranjan recently said the Maoists make close to Rs 2,000 crore through extortion. He called the figure a "guestimate" based on seized Maoist cashbooks and other vital papers recovered in recent months. Nowadays Maoists are spread their strength all over the country. They are trying to focus on southern states like Kerala, Tamilnadu & Karnataka also. It is a dangerous situation. If we allow them to grow, it will be a big threat to the democratic India. All ready they have strongholds in Orissa, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Andhra Predesh etc. If we thinks to protect our democracy and freedom, we will demolish the Naxalists. It is the time to take immediate, strong military & social action against Naxalists in India. They have so many friends in various groups in India like intellectuals, artists, Human Rights organizations, NGOs, political parties, Govt. departments, etc. If govt. will take any strong action against naxalists these groups were shouting against Govt. Don’t consider these type of traitors, who are likes to destroy our ancient country’s culture, democracy, freedom, religions etc.

Under the rule of the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s Central Govt. will take proper immediate action against Naxal threat. Conduct the big rallies of Mr. Narendra Modi on Naxal affected areas and given courage and help to the tribals. Convert the tribal’s soft corner approach from naxalists to Central Govt. given full support, mental & physical armed training to the tribals to oppose the Naxals. Immediately start the Government’s welfare programs on Naxal affected areas. Also verify that Govt. funds are fully utilized for the welfare of tribals. Don’t allow the Govt. officials, politicians to loot the tribal funds. If Govt. will given full support and help to the poor villagers in India, they did not take arms, follows naxalits, shoot to police/army, challenge the sovereign of India etc. Also uses our all forces to vanish the naxalists from Indian soil. It is the time to destroy the Red Corridor of Naxalists.

College magazine puts Prime Minister Narendra Modi in list of most cruel people...!!!

Government Polytechnic College, Kunnamkulam, Trissur, Kerala published a college magazine titled 'Litsokniga' carried Modi's photograph along with Nazi party leader Adolf Hitler, former Al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden, terrorist Ajmal Kasab, LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran, former US president George Bush, sandalwood smuggler Veerappan and others in a category 'negative faces'. The 50-page magazine is an extended 'Facebook Wall' and 'negative faces' is one of the pages where 'dreadful personalities' are featured.
The magazine was brought out by the college union and editorial board controlled by the Students Federation of India (SFI), the student wing of CPI (M). Marxists are trying to spread their failed ideology, intolerance, unrefined, invalid thoughts through the college magazines. They are the anti-national, immoral, uncommonness, accursed elements in Indian society. SFI leader of the College Magazine Editor now also supporting this ugly narration in magazine against the Prime Minister. So they did not deserve any mercy.
Yuvamorcha (BJYM) complained against these anti-national activity held in a Government education centre. Police take cases (June 10, 2014) for placing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a list of the world's most 'negative faces' in college magazine against M N Krishnankutty, principal and chief editor; Gopi, staff editor; Praveen C S, student editor; Nikhil P R, sub-editor; Jisman James, sub-editor; Shyam K M, sub-editor, and proprietor of Presto Designers, where the magazine was typeset. None of them has been arrested. The case was registered under IPC Sections 120 (concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment), 153 (indulge in wanton vilification or attacks), 500 (defamation), 501 (printing or engraving matter known to be defamatory) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of the Indian penal code. These are bailable offences. The Kerala Govt. & police are trying to save the social evils including the College Principle & Staff who are involved in this ugly act.
BJP state president V Muraleedharan urged the state government to take appropriate action against the wrong-doers and the party activists took out a protest march and burnt the magazine in Thrissur.
The accused principal was retired before the magazine row broke. The college has authorities have decided to withdraw the magazine and take action against the students.
Immediately arrest all the culprits involved in this anti-national activity and give them maximum punishment without any mercy. Suspend the College Principal and Staff Editor from the college and remove all their Governmental facilities like pension.

Destroy the Article 370, Article 30 (Right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions) and apply Common Civil Code as early as possible. Also the construction of Sree Ram Janmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya will be the strong message to the world about Hindu wake-up. If Bharat becomes strong in its mind and action, world will respect us and also follow us.

Remove all anti-Hindu / Sonia Congress / Communist followers from all Governmental posts (temporary).... No appeasement, No partiality, equal law & welfare to everybody…. Cancel Article 370, Article 30 and apply Common Civil Code….. throw away the obstacles and built Ram Janmabhumi Temple at Bhagwan Sree Ram’s Janmastan in Ayodhya.

Probe about Aranmula International Airport project

The National Green Tribunal has cancelled the environmental clearance given to the proposed International Airport at Aranmula on 28 May 2014.  The tribunal has observed that the KGS group had secured the sanction by producing false information and the project will ruin the ecosystem in Aranmula. KGS Group said that they are already spent Rs. 420 crore for this project. As per Abraham Kalamannil’s (the old land owner) statement he sell the land only for Rs. 52 crore. Till date there is nothing will happen. KGS co. will say the real expenses of the said amount. They get all the sanctions from various local, Punchayat, District, State, Central Departments through illegal ways. Enquire about the kickbacks given to the Govt. officials, State-Central political leaders, rulers etc. Helpers of the all persons included this project will find out and arrest them and also given maximum punishment.

The old land owner Abraham Kalamannil says that Robert Vadra behind KGS group. Rs.2,000-crore KGS Aranmula international airport project in Kerala suffered a huge setback.  The airport complex, said to be the first private international airport in the country, is based in Aranmula in Pathanamthitta district in an area of 700 acres.

Environmental issues concerning the controversial airport project at Aranmula can never be resolved through dialogues, Aranmula Heritage Village Action Council chief patron Kummanam Rajashekharan (Kerala State Organizing Secretary at VHP), has said. His case against KGS was now succeeded.  Kummanam Rajasekharan has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy The state government should take up the moral responsibility for its role in supporting the KGS Group-backed project.  The UDF Government had vested interests in the project by taking up 10 per cent share capital and gave clearances for the project in violation of Land Reforms Act and Paddy field and Watersheds Protection Act of 2008. Chandy owes an answer to the people of Aranmula and the state for the government’s role in promoting the project, he said.

US Secretary of State John Kerry called his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj and offered enhancing trade and economic ties to $500 billion. They want to include the top level Hindu leaders’ names in the terrorist activities and jailed them. Since 2008, the Hindu leaders were in jail without give them bail & humanistic consideration. It is very important to re-investigate the cases of 2006 & 2008 Malegaon bomb blast, the Ajmer dargah blast, the Mecca Masjid bomb blast and the Samjhauta train blast etc Find out which political leaders are ordered to the investigation team to include the innocent Hindu leaders in this terrorist activities for political mileage and harassment. Also find out the names of the police officers from various investigation departments to try to make bogus case against the Hindu leaders and jailed them from 2008 to till date without given bail. Arrest the all original criminals included in these cases, and also take lawful actions against the political leaders & police officers who are participating in make bogus/dangerous/illegal/inhuman cases, propagandas against Hindutva organizations & leaders.

2008 September 29 bomb blasts in Malegaon Investigators initially suspected Islamist groups such as SIMI or the Indian Mujahideen to be behind the near-simultaneous attacks. The ATS, which initially probed the case, had arrested 13 youths allegedly belonging to the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). Six people were killed and 101 were injured in the September 29, 2008, Malegaon bomb blast. From the top level political orders, police will convert the cases against Hindu society. Twelve members of the rightwing outfits, Jai Vande Mataram and Abhinav Bharat, were arrested. All the accused, including a serving Indian Army lieutenant colonel, Prasad Shrikant Purohit, face action under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA).

The 38-year-old Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur has been charged with various provisions under the Indian Penal Code, Arms Act, Explosive Substances Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the MCOCA. At present, she is lodged in a Bhopal jail.

 The Samjhauta Express bomb blast, in which 68 persons were killed, is being investigated by the NIA. Spiritual leader, Swami Aseemanand, is an accused in the Samjhauta case. Aseemanand, arrested in October 2010, had confessed that the conspiracies of the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast, the Ajmer dargah blast, the Mecca Masjid bomb blast and the Samjhauta train blast, were hatched by the saffron groups. 

Mid October on the Malegaon blasts, naming Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Indresh Kumar. The irony, of course, is that three weeks later, the ATS arrested not just Thakur and Kumar, but also Purohit himself as the prime suspects in the case.

Directing the Army to reconvene the probe against Malegaon blast accused Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit, the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT).

He inspired hope for change among Indians and emerged as a crusader who would wipe corruption from Indian politics, but his resigning from the post of Delhi’s chief minister within49 days of taking charge, his defeat in Varanasi where he aspired to outdo Modia wave, and his initial denial and then furnishing a bail bond after he was arrested in Tihar Jail in a defamation suit filed against him by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician Nitin Gadkari who is now a cabinet minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government are only telling a story of self defeat.
Arvind Kejriwa who entered politics with big noise after his historic electoral debut in legislative election in 2013, is gradually becoming a prisoner of his own politics. Now, everybody knows that he is the puppet of Congress and American CIA- He initiated Anna Hazare’s anti-corruption movement against ruling Congress party and, aspired to destroy Bharatiya Janata Party. But he failed in his attempts very sadly and badly.
By getting himself arrested on Wednesday and not agreeing to furnish the bail bond as demanded by the Delhi High Court, he is resorting to the same tactics that once made the Indians believe in his integrity. But this time, the janata will not fall prey to his tactics and will think twice before believing him. The court asked him to behave like an aam aadmi, but since he was not ready to furnish the bond, realizing his hidden intention behind the attack, he was sent to stay in jail till June 6. 
During the hearing, Kejriwal told the court he was trying to understand what his fault was as lots of politicians have filed such cases against him. “In such cases, I have been released after I gave undertaking in courts earlier,” he said. The magistrate, however, said Kejriwal was told to give a bond only and it was a legal procedure to furnish bonds for bail.
“You (Kejriwal) have been summoned as an accused. You are not a convict. You will face trial…you cannot say that I am innocent and I will not give bond. This is a procedure,” the magistrate said. The magistrate, in her order, had observed the procedure of courts cannot be “thrown to the winds” at the whims and fancies of the litigants. “The court cannot act as a mute spectator when a particular litigant intentionally seeks to violate the procedure established by law. This case cannot be dealt with any differently than any other criminal cases where the courts insist on furnishing bail bond/personal bond to secure the presence of the accused persons. The accused in the present case cannot seek differential treatment to be let off only on an oral undertaking in violation/divergence to the settled practice/procedure regarding bail,” the court had said. The court had on February 28 summoned Kejriwal as an accused in the criminal defamation complaint observing that statements allegedly made by the AAP leader have the effect of “harming the reputation” of the complainant.
With his arrest, Kejriwal who was seen as harbinger of hope has lost his appeal and does not seem convincing any more. 
He was confident of defeating Narendra Modi in Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency in general election, but as destiny would have it, Modi today has become the Prime Minister of India, and Kejriwal is reduced to becoming a prisoner of his own politics….!!!! What a tragedy….!!!

The mutt had refuted the charges and said the functioning of the institution was transparent and "it is an open book".

 The interview aired on CPM party channels against Mata Amritanandamayi Math would damage the fortunes of LDF in coastal areas. CPI (M)’s candidates in Alappuzha & Kollam were failed in the Lokasabha election. CPI (M) polit bureau member & Kundara MLA  M.A.Baby and CPI (M) Alappuzha district president CB Chandrababu are defeated in the Kollam and Alappuzha Lok Sabha seats respectively. Mata Amritanandamayi Math has strong hold in the coastal areas of the Alappuzha & Kollam districts. Marxists in Kerala were working for minority community and also made unethical & ugly campaign against Hindu society. In Kerala leftist’s main vote bank is Hindus, approximately 80% of their followers are Hindus. Then also their leaders are spreading anti-Hindu allegations against Hindu Sanyasis, religious institutions, leaders, culture etc. So this time the Hindu cadres of Leftists were left them and vote for BJP. Cancel the all sanctions given to Aranmula International Airport

Aranmula MLA Sivadasan Nair (Congress) told that the proposed Aranmula International Airport’s foundation stone would lay by PM Narendra Modi. It is a laghful speech. Because Congress party was terming Modi a fascist and divisive element A few days ago they said that Manmohan Singh would lay the foundation stone for the airport project. Patron of the Coordination Committee against the Aranmula Airport Project Kummanam Rajasekharan said that both Anto Antony MP and Sivadasan Nair MLA should be answerable to the people regarding their role in promoting the airport project on behalf of the KGS Group.

After getting the final clearance by the Ministry of Environment and Forest has been received on November 20, 2013. Work on the project is likely to begin by December 2013, with the first flight landing in 2015 December, coinciding with the Sabarimala pilgrimage season, said MD, Gigi George said on 19 November 2013, KGS group, promoter of Aranmula airport.

KGS Group early said that foundation stone will lay on December 2013 & flights were landing on 2015 December. But till date there is nothing will happen, because of the strong opposition from the Hindutva organizations. On election time BJP very clearly mentioned in their Election Manifesto, if BJP will come in Central Power, the all sanction of this illegal private sector International Airport in traditional village of Aranmula will cancelled. Poor Sivadasan Nair MLA thinks that Narendra Modi is in his pocket….!!! KGS group and its secret supporters in Congress party were doing all the illegal activities to achieve the various legal sanctions from Govt. departments.

On 2 April 2013, The National Green Tribunal granted an interim stay on the project banning any construction at the site.The construction of the airport was in violation of the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy and Wet Land Act, 2008, the Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963 the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and the Land Acquisition Act. The Kerala government has a 10% stake in the company and has nominated one member to the board of the company, while the Government owned oil company Indian Oil Corporation is negotiating to pick up a 10% stake. The Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group has a 15 per cent stake in the group's flagship company, KGS Developers Ltd. Reliance ADAG is also an equal partner in three of the township projects that KGS is planning in Chennai. Advt. Sivadasan Nair forced police and take cases against Aranmula Paithruka Grama Karma Samithi (APGKS) leaders for murder attempt (Section 307). Sivadasan Nair, Pathanamthitta MP Anto Antony, KGS Company owners, shareholders, Govt. officials, politicians etc were jailed…!!! Early he argued that he will defeat Modi in Varanasi. Poor guy….!!! AAP did not get a single seat in Delhi, his own state Haryana, UP etc. They got only 4 seats from Punjab. 

In Kerala after the election date on 2014 April 12, the AAP State Secretary Adv. Anil Aikkara was suspended from the party. He is the AAP candidate of Kottayam and he gets 26342 votes. The latest one is the report of Cobrapost, "Babri demolition planned; Advani, P V Narasimha Rao knew of plot." It is the old one, thousands of times say about it, but it did not attract people. They trying to spread communal tension on the name of 2002's Gujarat riots. But now Congress knew that it did not attract the voters. So they now tries to spread Hindu-Muslim division on the name of Babri Masjid demolition (1992 December 6) issue. Congress trying to create Hindu-Muslim riots..... Every movement of Congress is doubtful... there top level leaders also drop their confidence and they speak like goons & uncultured persons. 
They include it their own leader and Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao's name in this fake report. It is clear that Congress did not accept any PM's out of from Nehru family. So they are trying to include Rao's name also in this allegation. If there is any secret plan, why Congress did not include the name of Rajive Gandhi on this report? When Rajiv Gandhi was Prime Minister, he was allowed Karsevaks to make Silanyas on 1989 at Ayodhya. If Congress have any courage include Rajiv Gandhi's name also in the case of Babri Masjid demolition. Congress aided medias were trying to spread ugly news against the reputed leaders in India. Kejriwal wants to stop corruption he will join hands with the opposition parties. Now he declared that his first opponent is BJP and fight against Narendra Modi in Varanasi. So it is very clear that he wants to save Congress and restore its rule again in India. It is the agenda of USA like other Western countries. Kejriwal also a fund receiver of American CIA's Ford Foundation, USA. So he also tries to save the interests of America. That is to stop the power seeking of nationalist party like BJP. They knows that if Narendra Modi will  become Prime Minister of India, it did not a slave of Western countries. He will rule India with proud without bound any foreign imperialist wealthy countries. Anna Hazare knows that Kejriwal was trying to exploit his agitation for kejriwal's personal (America's) political ambitions. So he accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader of being power hungry.  His statement on Feb 27, 2014, he said : ""I had handed over a 17-point agenda letter to Kejriwal and told him that I would support him if he agrees to it. But till date, neither Kejriwal nor his party has given me any assurance on it. It is now very clear that these (AAP and Kejriwal) people are thinking of power more than of the nation. (Even if AAP comes to power) nation will not have any bright future as there will be no difference between them and other parties."
